1. What Notaree is, today

Notaree (“we,” “us”) operates notaree.io, including a free readiness check, a free evidence-plan builder, and a free Trust Center page generator. These tools run entirely in your browser — we do not currently operate a paid subscription, and no account or payment is required to use them.

2. Informational, not legal or compliance advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice, and nothing it produces is a determination that you or your company are compliant with any law, regulation, or standard. Outputs describe what you told us and what you may be able to evidence — always confirm anything that matters with qualified counsel before relying on it.

3. What you provide

Answers you enter into the readiness check, plan builder, or Trust Center generator are processed in your browser to produce your results. If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide, via a third-party form processor (Formspree), solely to notify you when paid workspaces open.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use this site to submit content you don’t have the right to share, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the site beyond ordinary use, or for any unlawful purpose.

5. No warranty

The site and its tools are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any regulatory information referenced on the site.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notaree is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves, particularly when paid subscriptions launch. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
