Privacy Policy

This is a plain-language draft, not a substitute for review by qualified counsel. It will be replaced by counsel-reviewed policy (including a formal DPA) before any paid subscription or customer data ingestion launches. See our security posture for how we handle data in the product itself.

1. What we collect today

Readiness check, plan builder, Trust Center generator: your answers are processed entirely in your browser. We do not transmit or store them on our servers.
Waitlist: if you submit your email on the “Start free” page, it is sent to and stored by our form processor, Formspree, and used only to notify you when workspaces open. See Formspree’s privacy policy.
Analytics: we use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-preserving, cookie-free analytics service, to see aggregate traffic to this site (pages visited, approximate location, referrer). It does not track you across other sites.

2. What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data. We don’t use tracking cookies or cross-site ad pixels on this site. We don’t require an account to use any of the free tools.

3. When the paid product launches

A paid Notaree workspace will process data you explicitly send it (via our SDK) to produce evidence records — governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement and the security commitments in our SECURITY.md. Redaction runs before any storage, and PII is removed from recorded payloads by default. This policy will be updated and re-linked here before that launches.

To be removed from the waitlist, email eckoeyo@gmail.com and we’ll delete your entry from Formspree.
